Large staff, Friendly Service , LOTS of choices, Good Coffee!

The menu was huge, and the staff was so helpful in helping me navigate it! Prices are low and the deals are bargains, and the eating space itself is very modern and clean. Nice bathroom too! 10/10 will go again

I had a ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel, Food was delicious but the staff is not friendly and was very anti social

If i could go lower on stars i would. Every time I've gotten bagels they have messed up my order. I watch then write it down. This happened a few times before i stopped shopping there. This past time i figured it didnt matter what bagels i got. I ordered half dozen of what ever she wanted to give me but also got some drinks a sandwich and some cream cheese. She said its close to closing so she gave me a dozen. I figured it was a nice gesture..it wasnt until ingot home and looked t the receipt that i realized they had charged me for a dozen when i asked for half dozen.

Decent food, TERRIBLE customer service. Forgot a part of my order, had to ask " hey did you remember the ____" . "Oh yea right" with the most uninterested tone I have ever heard. All employees seem as if they are miserable being there. I used to love this place when it first opened, they need a change in staff ASAP.

Mmmmmm bagels, and more. Rainbow, jalapeno are my favorites! The smoothies are great too! The food is all around great tasting.

Bagels are decent but their Bacon is gross! They must use some cheap bacon, it doesn’t come in strips it’s just a string mess! No matter how long the cook it it still comes out gross.

Not as good as nyc bagels but a pretty good substitute if you live in upstate ny

Everything is good, nice friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable, nicely decorated, very good bagels and all the food is good. This is my favorite bagel shop and I will always eat there. But!... Don't order anything with bacon in it. They use the worst quality bacon and they serve it barely cooked. I REPEAT, DON'T ORDER THE BACON!

Not a bad place. I like the selection but it feels dated. Like it could use a fresh coat of paint or something. It's not dirty at all. Very clean and I will continue to visit because the bagels are tasty and staff is mostly nice. One guy didn't have much to say to me, didn't even tell me the cost of my meal after ringing me up. But I take this as a quirk. A little freshining up and a little customer service training and this would be a 5 star place.

Went on a Saturday around 11:30... big mistake! They only had roughly 6 choices for bagels, normally they have upwards of 25 varieties. We go here often and my kids LOVE the rainbow bagels. Just a reminder to go earlier in the morning/ day to get the bagels you would like.

God bagels and service

They say the food is delicious; however, I didn't get a chance to try it. The service was extremely slow. After standing in line for 15 mins while I watched 5 employees, one of which was working the grill busy themselves so they didn't have to serve me. Then when they did finally take my order I watched them botch the order up. I said have a good day and left the store. Good customer service should not be based on what someone looks like.

Incredibly friendly staff. Great variety of bagels. Coffee is good. (Crumb cake is one of my favorite treats)

I go here once or twice a week, great friendly staff. Quick service, the breakfast is always outstanding and so is the free coffee.

I was told by my coworker to come here. Biggest mistake of my life horrible service very rude people not friendly never smiled. I ordered a bagel and they started to ring me up & didn’t even asked me if I wanted coffee. I had to tell them I need coffee too. Very very slow service as well. I had to sit there for like 10 minutes before you can order and you’re the only one Online. They need to get nicer employees and a better why of serving people. Maybe have one person take orders, one person making the order and one person taking cash. Horrible horrible never going back again. The food wasn’t bad but for the service and the price you could go somewhere else.

Bagels are delicious. Only had one issue with recieving the a different kind of cream cheese on my bagel, but it turned out to be a delicious combination in the end.

The only place around with decent bagels and thankfully they do a great job! Great bagels and great service!

I adore this place! They prepare sensational meals, their menu is nice, The chef in that place is a specialist, I love a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the attitude towards the customers is friendly. I often eat in this place and I was never unhappy. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love the bagels here. Try the French toast one with butter. They also offer a large variety of different sandwiches. Stop in and enjoy.

Went at lunchtime and it was not busy. Waited several minutes while two employees chatted and after a while a third employee, with a mouth full of food, popped up out of no where and attempted to assist me. There was no white american cheese, the bacon portion was minimal and after requesting the bagel be toasted twice, it was not. I tossed half of it out and went to Wendy's two blocks away. It's a shame considering that the Kingston location is so good. Oh well.

GREAT BAGELS and Awesome breakfast sandwiches. My NEW breakfast spot. Always busy but never a wait and food is ALWAYS fresh and hot.

My first time there with Mom she enjoyed the coffee. It was made fresh.

I was so excited to go here and when we got here they were closed and it wasn't even time to close yet, they closed 15 minutes early probably more because they were already closed before I got there. And the open sign was lit up but the door was locked. This really upset me.

food is amazing but service...not so much. I came yesterday morning and the girl just sat there on her phone for about 5 minutes before someone came over and said she could help me. Then today the same girl helped me, made my food brought it over to me and didn't ring me up? she then walked away and proceeded to help someone else while I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and then had to ask if I could pay for my food. Rude.

Great spot for morning breakfast, the staff was friendly and the everything bagels are they way an everything bagel should be (with everything on it). The croissant though was fair at best and pretty dry, bummer I really hoped this place would have gotten five stars.

When this place first opened up it was a home run. The owner was always there. The staff was friendly and attentive. Now you go and wait and no one even addresses you. The bagels don't taste as fresh as they use to. Very disappointing.

Place is awsome. Best bagels in dutchess County and probably north of the city. I wish everyone discovered it and stopped with the dunkin garbage.

When I first tried whole-wheat everything bagel I never wanted to eat bagels anywhere else! The place is new, nice, clean and welcoming. The staff and owner are friendly. Food is delicious. Check this please I think you will not be disappointed.

Reasonable price decent food

Just went in here this morning and got a dozen and scallion cream cheese for the family. The cream cheese was very sour tasting and now my whole family is sick from it. Very disappointed as I have had many great experiences here in the past.

Breakfast is good servers are friendly and you order inside.

Awesome place! Prices are amazing and the food was very high quality. The coffee that comes with the bagles was also pretty great, but make sure you let it cool a bit.

Very Disappointing. They need to learn how to make a everything bagel and the staff is miserable in the wappingers falls store. i just got 4 stale bagels and had to drive to Rudy's Bagels to get a new order.
